Am I excited? Probably the understatement of the year! I am beaming with happiness to have the opportunity to completely renovate our new rental home . Thank you very much new landlord.

As we close one door and will be openening another, I will be sharing the journey of the renovations and move into our new home with you on the blog and Instagram

For us this is finally a home which feels completely ours. Even though this is yet another rental in a long list of them, this one already feels more of our own. No more horrendous bathrooms, ugly tiles and yellow walls. This time around we had a little say in how our house should look and will show you that it is possible to make a rental feel like your home without a huge investment.

I am happy to have found some great partners to work with to make my rental dream come true!

I’ll walk you through my plans with some inspiration images and a first sneak peek before the great reveaI. Remember, it is still a rental… so no concrete floors, blush bathroom tiles, black tabs and high steel black windows windows as on my list if I were ever to build my own house.

Inspiration terms for this new home: marble, white, simplicity, warm grey and beige, wood, big shower, light.
