It has been a long and happy summer break but it is good to be back home.
One of the highlights for me was taking my boys to New York City, the place where we lived before we came to Dubai. It is the city I moved to with my husband and a baby, the city where my youngest was born and the city that inspired me so much that I decided to follow my heart and get into interior styling. PLAYROOM STYLING – JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE ZOO

“Just another day at the zoo” is what we would like people to think when they walk into our latest playroom installation. Not because the two little girls that this playroom is for are behaving like monkeys but because it is full of exotic animals in all sorts, shapes and sizes.

When we started working on this project, we knew for sure that we wanted to use the Nofred Tucan wallpaper. This bold print is so fun and flirtatious and therefore just perfect for a playroom. The finishing touches for this wall are the soft toned Aro for Kids embroidery and the funky LEGO neon light. Game on for this statement wall!

ROOM STYLING PLAY HARD KIDDO

LiveLoudGirl140316_0063Remember the post about the three girls and their whimsical wonderland?
We were lucky to also create a space for them to play, read and chill. This space was empty  with some cool yet challenging characteristics like a full glass window wall and a window sill size extra large.
Another challenge was that this playroom is for three girls of different ages and obviously we wanted to design something that would fulfill three dreams.
