The summer in Dubai is a hot one. Luckily, as the kids have finished school now, we can pick up our things and go. The Live Loud Girl team will be spread out over the globe enjoying some cooler temperatures and some time off with family and friends.

So for the next few weeks there will be no office mornings, no room installations and no photo shoots, yet the blog will be active as ever. 

But we are leaving on a high. As you might have seen, we have just finished our biggest project of all time: the styling of an entire house in Saudi Arabia. Seven rooms in four 15 hour working days but we did it. We are so proud and want to show you around to share more details with you.

Besides this project adrenaline rush, we are so proud of our latest feature in Minty Magazine. Our cactus room made it to their listing of room tours and my home is also in the spotlight. As an added bonus, we made it to the cover. Our first one! Yeah!!

Some time off also gives us the opportunity to look back over the past year and all the amazing projects that we had the chance to do. We have learned so much along the way and worked with some amazing partners, creatives and business owners. In a series of Way Back Wednesdays, we want to share a few older projects with you that still put a smile on our face.

Besides these styling projects, we are happy to announce that we have some fabulous Guest on the Blog- contributors lined up. We can’t say much yet but the first one will be by Bloesem Design Blog, one of our inspirators from way back when.

We will use the summer to get totally inspired for the second half of this year. Projects are already starting to pile up and we are excited about the styling of a kids fashion brand…
