The summer is on it’s way to the Middle East and the Spring holiday vibes are tangible in our house. We have a family trip to Sri Lanka during the Easter break coming up and we all just can’t wait.
Starting off with palm leaf wall paper is always a good idea. Cole & Son has several palm leaves and as we wanted to keep the design for this girlsroom relatively clean, yet colorfull we chose for the single leaf.
The blue velvet sofa is such an iconic item in the room. The rich color and fabric together with the simple design make us want to chill here all day long. And it goes extremely well with the Maison Saadah * Live Loud Girl rug that we proudly brought in. Rugs always bring in some nice structure and keep little feet warm.
“Just another day at the zoo” is what we would like people to think when they walk into our latest playroom installation. Not because the two little girls that this playroom is for are behaving like monkeys but because it is full of exotic animals in all sorts, shapes and sizes.
When we started working on this project, we knew for sure that we wanted to use the Nofred Tucan wallpaper. This bold print is so fun and flirtatious and therefore just perfect for a playroom. The finishing touches for this wall are the soft toned Aro for Kids embroidery and the funky LEGO neon light. Game on for this statement wall!
