You might have seen some pictures of Jack’s room on Instagram but I realized I never shared the room on the blog. I recently did some reorganizing and changed up his room. 4,5 years old now, time for a big boys room.

We kept the basics of the room as it is. I still love the warm blue wall and didn’t want to repaint. With some small changes you can give the room a total different look and feel. Jack chose the super hero mask decals himself. The white Urban walls decals work perfectly with the blue wall. Fun element is to put them on the wall together. Easy for me, didn’t have to take a decision on the pattern.

One of the inspirations for the combination of the colors is the gorgeous Tiger print by Mausbird designed for Bonbonontheblock. Love how the combination of orange, black, white and blue turned out.
The boys have enough toys and stuffed animals. I must admit I don’t like them having on display so we created some extra storage with the cool Ferm Living storage bag and the fun paper bags we sell at the pop up shop.
I absolutely love the whole collection Kate & Kate blankets and the black / greyish one is just a perfect addition to the bed. The prints are from the awesome Eeflillemor and the lovely Thebirdsandbees, two Dutch designers with amazing collection of prints.
