At the top of our work-related bucket list was organising a collaborative photoshoot moulding together the most awesome kids interiors from new brands on the block and other small labels that we favor. We wanted to keep it simple, creating something that could work in any environment, yet with a funky vibe. Jungalow style. We Live Loud right, so why not?
Colors are one of the most inspirational elements in interior styling. An therefore the launch of new colors is something that excites us. Take for instance the colors that Jotun launched during the Milan Design week. Their color range Structure brought back the focus on creating tranquil spaces with calming colors.
And that was so spot on that we fell in love with all the earthy tones in paint and design. We left monochrome for what it was and embraced this new trend with both arms.
Just before we took off for our long summer break, we finished what we could easily call our most exciting project of all time. You might have seen the pics and posts already but we also promised to get into some more detail. Last time we focused on the kids rooms and today we want to share the adult spaces with you.
When I started this blog, I was already a fan of Pax and Hart. The Australian artist behind this creative brand and stunning range of posters in the very talented Emma Labattaglia. Her style is almost childlike itself. Unique, simple yet very sophisticated, just the way we like it.
Inspired by the whimsy of innocence and the charm of childhood, the Pax and Hart prints complete any space for children (or big kids like us).
