Rugs are a total must have in our home. They add structure, warmth and soul to a space. The best thing about rugs is that it is such an easy way to change the vibe of a room.
It is no secret that we love to work with Rozenkelim as they have an amazing selection of distressed carpets and berbers. We have used them in our installations of living rooms, bedrooms, playrooms and nurseries like the custom made hot pink Beni Ouarain rug and the grid berber in this girls bedroom. And also in our own living room you can find a vintage rug from Rozenkelim. The darker tones go beautifully with the overall white interior.
On January 26th 2014, Linda decided that she would not let any non-existing knowledge about blogging get in her way of sharing styling inspiration and her love for design.
Today, three years down the line, we are happy that Linda posted that first blog post (which makes us cringe a bit). In fact, today Live Loud Girl consists of over 230 blog posts and 2283 Instagram posts starring numerous beautiful projects that make us proud.
That first post brought Live Loud Girl to where we are today.
Lucky us! We were asked by Type Hype to write a chapter in their Type Hype stories. A range of photo shoots starring their products around the world that tells their beautiful tale.
For the packaging alone it is worth to order from Type Hype. This creative letters and numbers brand offers a range of products which are all designed in Berlin and crafted in Germany. Their distinctive collection of graphic cushion covers is what got us. We are cuddly cushion addicts and we especially like the fact that we can have a similar design on the sofa to what the boys will have in their room. So when we ordered, we sneaked in some items for the grown ups.
With our collection of Design Letters cups we could spell the word ‘SPRING’. Yet now there is even a better way to let this sunny season in your home. With the brand new collection ‘Flowers’ by Arne Jacobsen, we brought in a whole season.
As the Dutchies need their flowers, we love this new line from Design Letters & Friends. The anemone pattern from the 1940’s stars in a whole range of goodies that we received from our Danish friends with the question to participate in a styling challenge. Let us think about it… Yes please!
