Live Loud Girl works together with clients who need guidance in styling their home. We take care of anything from a single (kids) room to an entire house, from design board to final installation.
Last year just before summer we had the chance to go beyond the borders and get our hands dirty on a very exciting project. A new house that were to become a home for a family of five. The seven rooms were all projects on their own, allowing us to really get our creative juices flowing.
We have shared the kids rooms, adult spaces and a nursery ‘shop the look’ on this blog yet we still receive many questions on where we find the products we work with. As we always want to spark the stylist within, we share some insights of this light and vibrant living room.
Every now and then we want to take the house and shake it like a snow globe. When it is time for a change, we wil start shaking and hope that everything falls into a nice place. We get very exited about change and often take the opportunity to see how we can welcome in a new season or vibe by shopping in every room of the house.
Playing around with furniture and accessories will often let you realize how multi functional most items are and therefore allow you to style them in various ways.
As we are so thrilled with the freshly painted Dusty Red wall in the living room, we decided to create a cozy corner here using the Byron Bay lounger from the playroom, creating a real mix of styles, colors and materials. This corner shows how design and vintage elements work so well together .
If you are wanting a new vibe in your house this spring, don’t run off to that design store just yet. Stop, look around and see which elements are just wanting to fulfill another purpose. Your home is your snow globe so shake it baby and make it happen.
With just over one month into 2017, the exciting time has come where brands are launching their new spring collections. We definitely see the link to some of the trends that we spotted during the Milan Design Week of 2016. The earthy tones, dusty pinks and leafy greens have been translated into some of our favorite design and homeware brands.
